Came in to get a 235/35/19 tyre, was told they had no budgets in and the cheapest tyre they done was a motiva (Chinese budget) they charged me £134 for a chinease budget tyre they did not tell me what tyre I was getting and just continued to put on a tyre I had no clue about till it was all done and billed me. Absolutely disgusting, I feel robbed I’ve been here afew times and questioned there prices but as we all do in a time when we just need to get sorted but this is beyond robbery, checked the internet and the tyre would cost around £60 for one tyre can get 2 for £125, woman on the phone at stone tyres was very disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE You will get robbed this was a young girl who needed a tyre and was in distress and got took advantage of absolutely no way this tyre retails for £134. Unfair and knew they could take advantage strongly recommend a different tyre garage plenty around St Helens that will NOT rob you of your hard earned money
